In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or decided by a result that falls outside the original settlement parameters, goldbet9 will apply the settlement rules stated on the relevant market page. 8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Before closing, you should withdraw any available balance. goldbet9 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
8.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by goldbet9 or the player — any available real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification checks. goldbet9 is not obliged to return funds where closure results from a breach of these Terms involving fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
